Kilgore, Associate District Judge of Pontotoc County, imposed sanctions in the form of dismissing the action and awarding attorneys fees against Plaintiff. The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed in part and reversed in part. We hold that the trial court improperly sanctioned Plaintiff, improperly denied her leave to amend her petition, and improperly dismissed her claims.
