Gloria S. Carter, a black woman, sued her employer, Chrysler Corporation, and her union, United Auto Workers, Local 110, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Â§ 2000e et seq., and the Missouri Human Rights Act, Mo. Rev. Stat. Â§ 213.010 et seq., for claims of hostile work environment and retaliation. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Chrysler and the union, and Carter appeals. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
